  • All images in high resolution and professionally edited for optimal exposure, clarity, and colour correction.

  •  Final edited images delivered to you via a secure Dropbox link within 72 hours (including weekends).

Important Information:

  • Service Area: On-location shoots are available only within a 20km radius of the Sydney CBD.

  • Travel and Parking Details: Travel expenses to your location are included at no additional cost. However, if a reserved parking spot is not available, parking fees will be charged separately as an additional expense.

  • Booking Information: To ensure we tailor the shoot exactly to your needs, please contact us with your preferences and goals including:

    • The total number of team members to be photographed.

    • If group photos are needed.

    • Any additional details, such as background variations or other specifics.

    We’ll collaborate to determine an estimated time for the shoot to meet your requirements and ensure a smooth, successful session!

Session Details:

Rates = $160/hr

Our rate for on-location headshots is $160 per hour, with session time tailored to your team’s size and needs.

You’ll only be billed for actual photography time — setup (including gear prep, backdrop assembly, and time spent determining the ideal shooting area with you) is on us.

Unlike many services that charge from arrival, we only start billing once the shoot begins — giving you extra value and full transparency from start to finish.
